District Valet Trash Porter - No Truck Required

We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a District Porter in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is looking to earn supplemental income with a flexible evening schedule. What You'll Do :

✅ Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout your assigned communities on the schedule for the night. Typically working 4-6 hour shifts.

✅ Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck.

✅ Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.

✅ Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.

✅ Change dog station and common area waste bags.

Compensation :

• $150 per day Sunday through Thursday
• $125 per day for any Friday / Saturday coverage
• W2 employment position
• Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
• A valid bank account is required for payroll processing
