Sr. Benefits Analyst

Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a rapidly growing, people-focused organization to hire a Senior Benefits Analyst . In this role, you'll lead data-driven projects supporting benefits compliance, reporting, and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a high-visibility team that works closely with Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Role : Sr. Benefits Analyst

Location : Duluth, GA

Onsite : 100% onsite

Compensation : $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Job type : Permanent, direct hire

What You’ll Do :

• Build executive dashboards, analyze benefits trends, and manage expense tracking

Perform 401K audits, 1095 / 1094 reconciliations, ACA compliance, and annual filings

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems

Participate in system testing and open enrollment configurations

What You Bring :

3–6 years Benefits experience (Analyst-level experience required)

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); strong analytical mindset

Experience with Dayforce, Benefit Solver, or Cognos a plus

Ability to handle large datasets and explain findings clearly
