Who They Are
We've partnered with a leading U.S. crane manufacturer recognized for its custom lifting systems supporting NASA, Blue Origin, Airbus, Disney, and Lockheed Martin. They're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in structural fabrication to support ongoing crane production and help guide the setup of a new heavy-fabrication line at their Pittsburgh facility. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent compensation, benefits, and relocation support!
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for crane girders and structural weldments
- Lead and support equipment, tooling, and line setup for expanding fabrication capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality, throughput, and safety
- Drive continuous improvement in layout, fixturing, and weld process flow
