Lead Renewal Specialist Home Improvement
Empire Home Remodeling is a trusted leader in windows, doors, roofing, and siding throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and building long-term relationships with homeowners.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Renewal Specialist with a background in home improvement sales. This role focuses on reconnecting with previous homeowners and unclosed leadshelping them move forward with their remodeling projects.
Responsibilities :
- Reconnect with previous customers and leads who showed prior interest
- Rebuild interest and schedule qualified in-home appointments
- Maintain detailed follow-up notes and progress tracking
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
