We are an integrative, direct-pay primary care office that focuses on providing quality, accessible care. Medical autonomy and informed patient choices are the foundations of our practice and we are looking for an individual who will help us uphold our vision.
As a full time LVN or Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our medical office. You will support our providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and promptly.
Responsibilities:
· Interview patients and document basic medical history
· Update and file medical records and reports
· Triage patient communication
· Provide ongoing patient education and reinforcement of information
· Ensure patient charts are up to date and accurate
· Document patient consents and agreements, making sure they are up to date
· Communicate with providers about the status of patients
Skills:
· Proven work experience as an LVN or Paramedic
· Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Social perceptiveness and service-oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organization and planning skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
· Active License as LVN or Paramedic

Job Type: Full Time, Contract
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Work Location: One Location
There will be a mandatory training period upon starting in this position. During this training period, you may be paid at an hourly training rate. The training period is expected to last for 3 weeks. This training period will entail:
· Employee orientation and onboarding
· Completion of compliance training
· Shadowing office practices, procedures, appointments, and patient communication
· On-site training with providers and staff
· Competency check-ins
· Training Validation
