Lead Warehouse Operator

Pay : $26.05 per hour Shift & Working Hours : 1st Shift; 7 : 00AM to 3 : 00PM; Weekends / Overtime / Holidays as needed.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You will be a "go-to" person that oversees the warehouse operations and supports the location manager as needed. You'll lead warehouse operations including coordinating inbound / outbound deliveries, packing / loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
