Front Desk / Personal Trainer
Department : Health Club - Roark Office : Roark Vacation Resort
Location : Branson, MO
- Provide customer service to members and visitors. Gym receptionist & people skills alike are important for this role
- Provide information of gym amenities & membership rates to new visitors / potential members
- Process new memberships & visitor passes
- Manages check-in procedures for existing members & visiting guests
- Answers phone calls & provides information seeking information on gym hours, amenities, equipment, classes and other items
- Schedules appointments for gym tour, fitness orientations and personal training
Facility Maintenance
- Preforms regular cleaning of equipment and facility throughout the shift & at end of each shift.-
- Assures that all opening & closing duties are completed
Enforce Policies
- Ensures members & visitors adhere to the gym policies & procedures to provide a safe environment for patrons and to protect the gym from property damage & liability
- Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have high energy personality, works great with others and puts our members as 1st priority.
- Fitness Center and Front desk experience is recommended but not required
Shift :
Additional hours may be necessary to meet business needs
- Part-Time
- We are needing opening shifts.
