As a key member of our legal team, you'll help ensure the integrity of our corporate governance and compliance processes. Your responsibilities will include :
- Board & Committee Support : Prepare materials for Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings, and manage follow-up actions with precision.
- Policy Enforcement : Assist in implementing and monitoring the Company's securities trading policy.
- Regulatory Filings : Support NYSE and SEC filings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Subsidiary Management : Form, register, and maintain records for subsidiaries and branches, including drafting annual reports, resolutions, consents, and powers of attorney
Qualifications :
