Job descriptionAssist attorneys and case managers with day-to-day administrative tasks (conduct intake, file insurance claims, search for police reports, send Letter of Representation, etc.) Organize and maintain case files and client records (Filevine and Lead Docket) Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers Draft and prepare basic legal correspondence and documentation Support the team in ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills A team player with a positive attitude who works well with others Eagerness to learn and grow with the firm Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively Reliable, punctual, and professional Excellent customer service Overachievers Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing firm Supportive team culture and hands-on training Competitive pay with room for advancement Exposure to the legal field and career development opportunities Potential for bonuses based on individual performance, company profitability, and specific bonus structures Competitive Pay
