Job Description

Project Leadership | Oversee multiple high-value commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

Team Leadership | Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with top-tier quality.

Executive Presence | Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, client development, and long-term business growth initiatives.

Client POC | Serve as the key client contact for major accounts, strengthening relationships and driving repeat business opportunities.

Budgeting | Review and approve budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure financial performance and risk mitigation across projects.

Cross-Functional | Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to guide design, constructability, and value engineering decisions.

Field Ops | Monitor field operations and resource allocation to maintain safety, productivity, and operational excellence.

Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices, process innovation, and talent development across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of delivering large, complex commercial projects ($75M+) from conception to completion with consistent client satisfaction.

15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership over multiple PMs, superintendents, and cross-functional teams.

Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.

Deep understanding of design-build delivery, preconstruction planning, and value engineering principles.

Exceptional communicator and leader who inspires accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across all project phases.
