Part-Time Therapist (Hybrid) — Raleigh, NC

2 In-Person Days + 1 Virtual Day

Schedule Options :

  • 3 weekdays, 3 : 00–8 : 00 p.m.
  • or 2 weekdays, 3 : 00–8 : 00 p.m. + Saturday (5-hour shift)

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Build trusting, culturally responsive relationships with clients
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with practice standards
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and ensure client confidentiality
  • Stay current on best practices, CEUs, and licensure requirements

    • What You'll Bring

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or provisional license in North Carolina
  • At least one year of clinical experience (private practice experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
