Learning Leader
As a Learning Leader on the Federal Learning team, you will be responsible for the successful training delivery at a client site. Responsibilities include :
Consulting with client leadership : Develop site- and role-specific learning strategies and project plans to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes.
Leading and executing single site learning projects : Implement learning curriculum, identify curriculum gaps, track learning milestones, communicate to stakeholders, and conduct post-project evaluation.
Proposing creative solutions : Mitigate identified project risks and overcome barriers, partnering with project leadership as needed.
Leveraging learning systems : Monitor, analyze, and report on key learning performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.
Directing on-site logistics : For training events and other learning-related meetings.
Localizing and implementing training strategies : Maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives.
Knowledge of changes : Within the deployment and sustainment methodologies.
Building relationships : Manage and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Basic qualifications :
At least 4+ years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience, including :
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust.

Must be willing to travel up to 75% as business needs dictate. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
US : Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from : $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
