Job Title : Journeyman Commercial HVAC

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment
• Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Compensation Range : $43.97 - $48.85 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA / rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
