Salary : POSITION SUMMARY
This position will have the responsibility of growing and supporting the explosive momentum of an international network marketing company in the US markets through the US Central region. We would expect the Regional Sales Manager, US Central Region to impact growth through building relationships with our field partners, developing a close connection with the online community, mentoring / coaching existing & new members, training the field on established success behaviors, and engaging members participating in promotions & incentives. This individual will work as part of a team to reach specific Global & US KPIs, and Sales Targets for the overall company as well as regional quotas and goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual growth & sales targets within the region through specific business-building activities.
Develop and execute strategies for growth within the US Central Region.
Build relationships of trust with engaged field leaders in the US Central Region through ongoing and consistent communication.
Engage regularly with active field leaders to set goals, targets, and strategies to grow their teams and sales.
Host / Train on weekly / monthly goal setting zooms with rank groups.
Participate in weekly online training and engagement via social media.
Support active promotions and activities through creative engagement strategies with field leadership.
Provide recognition and celebrate Brand Partner accomplishments.
Participate in Leadership Acquisition and maintenance.
Travel to key markets in the US West Region to present the company educate on business building behaviors that drive success.
Participate and engage in regional and global events.
Participate in developing sales and growth targets annually.
Review of monthly sales data for the region and report on outcome to the Sales Leadership Team.
Manage Sales Projects as required.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Approximately 40% of travel is required.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
