Customer Service Officer

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with English PM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers

Support customers throughout the order-to-cash (OTC) process

Monitor order fulfillment and manage customer complaints effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain

1-5 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with the SAP R / 3 system, particularly in the SD module

Fluent in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
