HVAC Lead

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead to support a newly launched HVAC division within an established construction and restoration company. This is a direct hire, full-time, year-round opportunity offering a wide variety of work across residential and light commercial environments. When HVAC demand is low, you'll assist in other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and emergency mitigation.

Job Duties :

• Lead diagnostic, repair, and replacement of HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductless systems)
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Install and replace thermostats and smart controls
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean job sites
• Assist with other trades as needed
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment

Pay Range : $56160.00 - $72800.00 / yr.
