Certified Surgical Technologist Job Description / Responsibilities

• Pre-Surgical Preparation :

Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes according to procedure requirements.

Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment is maintained.

Operate and maintain surgical instruments, ensuring all equipment functions properly before and during surgeries.

Monitor and maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control.
