Program Manager / Director

Guidehouse is looking for a Program Manager / Director to lead one of our larger technical federal engagements and manage our growth within key agency. The portfolio is over $20M in size, and spans a variety of technologies, across multiple customers. The identified individual requires a broad range of technical knowledge, with strong data analytics experience, and will be expected to both speak strategically with the client, but also dive into technical and business areas to flush out the feasibility of solutions.

Responsibilities include :

• The overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of our provided solutions / services
• Annual revenue growth, profitability, and account planning
• Management of staff and development of new capabilities
• Facilitating with both business and technical teams
• Reviewing solutions and roadmaps provided by the team
• Deep diving with the customer to understand how the solution will be used
• Providing hands on support to new projects and successfully transitioning to support teams
• Briefing client leadership and technical resources
• Establish communications and deployment plans
