Are you a client focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? Our Front Office Representatives is the first friendly face a client sees walking through the Greenville office door and also serves as a Call Center Representative.
Considering our tremendous growth, we are adding this new position to our Greenville, SC team. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated person with the ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills needed in addition to general office duties.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :
Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
Process incoming / outgoing mail and FedEx services
Administrative support to staff
Notarizing documents
Traveling to meet with clients for signups
Strong interview and communication skills
Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Integrity and professionalism
We're Looking for Someone Who Has :
At least 2 years of office coordinator experience
Bilingual ability (English / Spanish) is strongly desired but not required
SC Notary license (or has the ability to become a Notary upon hiring)
Valid Drivers license
Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Currently, we are recruiting for a candidate that is available during the week (M-F), 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00 PM. Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred. Bilingual ability (English / Spanish) is strongly desired, though not required.
