Construction Project Manager
Direct Hire Opportunity to join a 100% employee-owned leading Electrical contractor working onsite near Lucid Motors in Casa Grande.
Client established in 1984
Job Responsibilities :
- Assisting Superintendent on assigned projects to ensure project success and profitability.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants and ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements.
- Ability to participate in walk-throughs providing quotes and estimates in a timely manner for items out of GC scope
- Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs and all material and equipment procurement in correlation to baseline schedule.
- Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation.
- Recognize and manage project changes / revisions with cost and schedule impacts. Includes receiving, reviewing and preparing change orders
- Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion.
Qualifications :
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Great organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other Project Tools
- Microsoft Office Products (Excel)
