We need to hire someone extraordinary who loves to ask questions and has a great deal of natural curiosity. You are the type of person who needs to know how things work and how to make them better. You will work very closely with the customers as well as our production people. You will communicate needs and ideas and even participate in getting the design carried out. You are a natural problem solver who is energized by challenge and are equally comfortable solving a complex process problem as you are helping on the line or pitching your thoughts to the leadership team .
