Job Description

The position of Tool Room Machinist requires an intermediate skill level, responsible for developing machining methods, techniques, and processes to repair turbine engine components to specifications. Additionally, this position will assist in developing tooling to perform or improve performance in other processes.This position is a part of a large Machining Department comprised of CNC VTL, Mill, Grind and Manual Mill and VTL, Tooling, R&D, CNC Programming and dedicated machinist trainers.

The Tool Room Machinist will work alongside other highly skilled machinists, which allows a continuous interaction of techniques, knowledge, print reading and interpretation. You will become familiar with various types of repairs and equipment, while expanding your skills all under the supervision of a professional team of machinists and engineers. As your skills and knowledge increase, so will your work scope and responsibilities.
