Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading provider of senior care services in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA / NA to join our team.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as directed by a physician or nurse.
- Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients' families and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements :
- Active CNA or NA license in the state of Hawaii.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
