Key Responsibilities

Lead opportunity research, qualification, and pursuit of federal contracting opportunities

Develop overall capture plans including technical, management, staffing, and pricing strategies

Foster and maintain strong relationships with Government Agencies and industry partners

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a business development or capture role focused on federal healthcare technology solutions

Proven ability to lead captures from $50M+

Experience managing multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycle

Strong collaboration and team-centric approach

Record of working closely with proposal teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle
