Manage a team of 12-15 associates providing exceptional customer service

Oversee call center operations, setting performance metrics and ensuring achievement

Drive employee engagement and accountability, while handling escalated situations and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and lead a motivated team

Proven collaboration and influencing skills

Ability to interpret data and analyze trends

Effective coaching and feedback skills

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of leadership experience preferred
