Environmental Health & Safety and Compliance Manager

We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Compliance Manager to oversee and implement workplace safety and environmental compliance programs at a manufacturing facility. This role will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring regulatory adherence across all operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive safety and environmental compliance strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Implement and maintain management systems for regulatory compliance with emphasis on preventing serious incidents
• Collaborate with facility leadership team to foster a strong safety culture and clearly define responsibilities
• Oversee critical environmental compliance programs including air, waste, and water management
• Lead safety-focused capital projects and manage digital compliance tracking systems
