Commercial Attorney (Biotech)

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with Biotech / Pharmaceutical Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements

Support a high-volume contracting period during peak workload

Collaborate closely with in-house counsel while working independently

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company

Experience with commercial agreements

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work remotely and support Pacific Time business hours

Availability for an estimated 5-month duration, 10-15 hours per week
