This nostalgic logistics warehouse company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team and help deliver products around the world!
In this temp-to-hire role, you’ll communicate order requirements, ensure timely shipping, optimize workflow between customer service and warehouse teams, and arrange transportation carrier scheduling. This is your chance to play a vital role in getting fun, recognizable products to store shelves across the globe!
Logistics Coordinator Duties :
Manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and maintain shipping files for truck and LTL shipments
Streamline the shipping and transportation process to meet order deadlines
Coordinate with transportation carriers and schedule pickups
Provide reporting on invoices and shipment order statuses
Assist in warehouse operations as needed
Schedule : Day Shift
Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
Pay : $22.50 per hour
Logistics Coordinator Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center
1 year of EDI and logistics experience
Knowledge of LTL and truck shipments, BOLs, and freight invoices
Strong data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
