MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a Milwaukee-based law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Partner to lead and grow the firm's Commercial Litigation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business to join a well-managed, entrepreneurial environment where you'll have the freedom to develop your practice with full support.

What You'll Do

Manage and expand a diverse commercial litigation practice in areas, which could include :

• Subrogation
• Business litigation
• Provide strategic leadership, mentor colleagues, and guide the future of the litigation team.
• Handle true litigation work—trials, hearings, strategy, and client development.
