What is this role likeï¼?

As aProduct Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Topsort's products are positioned, packaged, and brought to market. You'll bridge the gap between product, sales, and customers translating product capabilities into compelling stories that drive demand, adoption, and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer someone who thrives on understanding customer needs, crafting sharp messaging, and executing go-to-market strategies that move the needle.

You will :

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases, partnering closely with product and sales teams.
• Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across channels.
• Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets from pitch decks and one-pagers to website copy, case studies, and product videos.
• Collaborate with sales to enable customer-facing teams with the right tools and training to win deals.
• Partner with growth and content teams to support full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product roadmap decisions.
• Own product marketing KPIs and use data to measure impact and continuously optimize.
