A company is looking for a Manager, People Strategy & Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate strategic People Experience initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with team leads to align deliverables and facilitate project meetings
Support the integration and alignment of key People systems and manage project documentation
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in HR project management or strategic HR programs
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale People-related projects
Working knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS), Predictive Index, and BOB (HRIS)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience working closely with senior leadership
