As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned premises, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and build a welcoming environment. Your role focuses on conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report observations as necessary.Assist visitors, employees, and / or the public with inquiries and directions in a professional manner.Support emergency response activities in accordance with protocols when appropriate.What We're Looking For :
