General Summary :

The Digital Marketing Manager at Discovery Place is responsible for working with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing to strategize and implement our paid digital marketing initiatives.

In addition, they oversee the analytics and conversion optimization of our online platforms.

The role involves managing paid search and social media campaigns, analyzing data to guide marketing strategies, and enhancing landing pages for conversion enhancements.

This manager will work closely with various teams to ensure our paid marketing is cohesive, aligned with our brand, and optimized to maximize our return on investment.

Website and Paid Advertising Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for paid search marketing campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting.
  • Execute and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's target demographics.
  • Continually optimize paid campaigns by analyzing performance data and making data-driven adjustments to bids, ads, and targeting strategies.
  • Oversee the analytics tracking systems across all websites, ensuring accurate data collection on user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports from website analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for website and campaign optimizations.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of conversion-optimized landing pages tailored to various campaigns, utilizing best practices in UX design and content.
  • Employ A / B testing methodologies to improve landing page performance systematically.
  • Investigate and leverage new technologies and tools that can enhance the performance and tracking of paid media campaigns.
  • Provide support for team members, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
  • Be available to perform updates and address campaign needs during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years managing paid digital media campaigns with budgets ranging from $20k to $30k.
  • 1-5 years' experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with GA4.
  • Prefer 2-5 years' experience with Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in website analytics and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to respond to needs outside of regular business hours.

Working Conditions

Currently, we work on a hybrid model with several required in-office days a week.

Travel :

Occasional visits to our four museums are necessary.
