Job Description
- Travel between our Mid Atlantic offices : Columbia, MD, Fairfax, VA and Washington, D,C.
- Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Keep a clean and disinfected work area
- Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying and other methods
- Maintain inventory of supplies, material and equipment
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience working in a lab is preferred
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
- Help maintain CLIA
- Learn safety of laboratory equipment
