Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Biller with an ENT specialty focus to join our team at Currence. This role is the financial heartbeat of our revenue cycle operation : ensuring claims are submitted cleanly, payments are posted accurately, and denials are resolved with persistence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean electronic and paper claims for ENT, Allergy, Audiology, and Sleep Medicine services.
• Review claims for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements before submission.
• Post payments and adjustments promptly; reconcile balances to ensure financial accuracy.
• Investigate denied or unpaid claims, submit appeals, and follow through until resolution.
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and patients regarding billing inquiries.
• Proactively monitor A / R aging reports and prioritize high-value or at-risk claims.
• Stay informed on payer rules, reimbursement policies, and industry changes.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
