Integrated Go-To-Market (iGTM) is the connective tissue between Roundel, Target, and brand partnersdesigned to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-performing marketing strategies across Target's most important commercial, seasonal, and pyramid priorities. Within iGTM, the Enterprise Integration team brings these strategies to life by monetizing, commercializing, and activating through Target-owned enterprise channels. As a Manager, Integrated Planning, you will serve as the expert and primary point of contact for your assigned channel (Digital, In-Store, or Video & Events), unlocking opportunities that extend beyond Roundel's existing capabilities.
You'll partner closely with enterprise channel teams, PSG (Partner Solutions Group), and cross-functional iGTM partners to identify, package, and scale high-impact opportunities that connect Target's business priorities with meaningful guest and brand outcomes.

About you :
This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
