Start date or shifts : ASAP - Ongoing (3 to 6-month contract)

Daily schedule : Monday to Friday 7 : 00a-3 : 00p (8-hour guarantee); every 2-3 weeks, provider may work 11 : 00a-7 : 00p; No weekend call

Practice setting : Hospital / ASC - 8 ORs, Level 3 Trauma

Types of cases : Dental, Circumcision, Hernia, General, some Heads, Hearts, and OB

Number of cases : Weekdays 12-35; Weekends 2-6

Ages : All ages, pediatric experience required

Additional information : Medically directed model (2 : 1 ratio); supportive team with 4-6 MDs and 10 CRNAs; lodging and travel covered, including mileage or rental car reimbursement, monthly housing stipend, and one-way flights; great schedule in a beach town with no call.
