About Us :

At We Achieve ABA, we’re passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is perfect for someone who loves working independently but also enjoys collaborating with a supportive team to help families and clients thrive.

What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and support RBTs to ensure behavior plans are being implemented correctly.
  • Work closely with families to help them carry out strategies at home, school, and in the community.
  • Track and analyze data to ensure interventions are making an impact and adjust as needed.
  • Provide guidance and training to families on effective behavior management techniques.

What We’re Looking For :

  • BCBA certification.
  • North Carolina LBA certification.
  • Experience with ABA therapy, assessments, and working with families.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
