Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Technology Enablement Content Strategist to join our Technology Enablement Team. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies that drive the adoption of new technologies, strengthen firmwide learning, and enhance communications across Crowe.
You will serve as both a strategist and content creator-managing content calendars, producing high-quality instructional materials, and overseeing key content and communication platforms.
This role requires a strong communicator who can partner with product teams, mentor colleagues in content development, and ensure Crowe's enablement materials reflect our human-centered, tech-enabled strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Technology Enablement Team's content strategy, including maintaining the content calendar and organizing enablement sessions
Produce and promote enablement content such as articles, instructional videos, and technical documents, ensuring alignment with Crowe's standards and guidelines
Serve as the content manager and administrator for technology-related SharePoint sites and Crowe's video management platform
Partner with product teams to develop and implement effective communication and enablement strategies for technology rollouts and adoption campaigns
Collaborate with firmwide communications team to align technology communications with firmwide strategy
Serve as editor-in-chief for all technology enablement content, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with team guidelines
Mentor junior staff in content development and enablement best practices
Advise Crowe's learning communities on program operations and communication strategies to engage audiences and drive impact
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Technical Communication or a related field
Demonstrated experience in content strategy and technical communication within a professional services or technology-driven environment
Strong skills in content development and communications, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for diverse audiences
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Clipchamp) and the ability to manage video-based learning content
Experience with SharePoint administration, content management systems, and enablement tools
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Ability to mentor and support junior staff in content creation and development
Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence in running enablement programs, while also driving innovative learning and communication strategies

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,800.00 - $135,400.00 per year.
