To be successful in this role you will :
- Coordinates SCO and Choice program activities cross-functionally with, Rates and Regulatory, Billing, Gas Control, Gas Supply, Legal, and otherteams, as needed.
- Responsible for annual SCO Auction activities, including providing program and load information to suppliers, creating, and communicating auction timelines, coordinating with the auctioneer and regulatory, and ensuring accurate reallocation of customers.
- Troubleshoots issues to ensure correct assignment of customers to suppliers.
- Monitors external gas transportation and Choice programs to identify and respond to market trends.
- Serves as the point of contact for SCO and Choice program suppliers.
- Conducts ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual transportation services reporting, including all margin and expense analysis, key performance indicators and growth analysis.
- Assists in the development, implementation, refinement, and routine maintenance of effective internal controls that ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures as a continuous process, and effective processes across all transportation services territories to ensure efficient, low-cost service.
- Collaborates with Gas Supply, Volume Administration, Customer Billing, Regulatory / Rate departments to ensure the accurate and timely production of all required information necessary to complete the entire Transportation Services process.
Your background includes :
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related degree from an accredited college or university.
In lieu of a degree, will consider a combination of education and utility related experience totaling eight years, where each year of applicable college two years of applicable work experience.
Experience in lieu of education is in addition to the Experience requirements.
Requires a minimum of three years of experience with increasing responsibility in Gas Distribution Operations, Supply, Volume Administration, Marketing, Finance, Rates, Regulatory, or other related fields.
A bonus to have :
- Experience in Gas Utility Industry.
