Job descriptionOversee daily field operations and job quality Train and support field techs on service standards Build customer and community relationships Follow up on leads and drive sales growth Track performance and report results up to $77,000 annually, which includes Incentive Compensation described below : Incentive Compensation : Up to $27,000 annually, comprised of three monthly incentive goals ($750 each) : Generating 20 new "HomeSmiles 365" subscriptions per month. Maintaining a 31% gross profit margin on monthly performance. 3+ years of experience in management, field service operations, or sales. Strong communication and leadership skills. Organized and reliable. Valid drivers license. Competitive base salary with substantial incentive potential.
