We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep AI / ML experience to lead our Asset Intelligence efforts. Equipment downtime is one of the largest cost drivers in manufacturing. When machines go down, production stops, leading to missed outputs, lost revenue and expensive, emergency maintenance. MaintainX helps manufacturing customers maintain their facilities and keep their critical equipment online and operating efficiently. Your mission is to lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning, and application engineers in transforming the vast data we collect into predictive insights that help customers prevent failures, keep their production online, and optimize maintenance strategies.

What you'll do :

• Lead product development for ML-powered predictive maintenance or similar use cases, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build and ship production-ready solutions.
• Design intuitive UX that turns model insights into clear, actionable decisions for Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Managers and frontline Technicians.
• Build scalable, generalizable products that deliver predictive value across a diverse customer base.
• Define product strategy and drive the execution of cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex, ambiguous user needs into product opportunities grounded in data and user research.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to launch impactful capabilities and drive adoption.
• Inspire and align your cross-functional team around a shared vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
