Job descriptionForklift Operation : Safely move materials and products throughout the facility—ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. Machine Operation : Run and monitor essential recycling equipment like shredders, balers, and conveyors to keep things moving. Load / Unload Machines : Manage the flow of materials by loading raw materials into machines and unloading processed recyclables. Performance Monitoring : Inspect equipment regularly, make necessary adjustments, and report any issues to the maintenance team for quick resolution. Material Sorting : Assist with sorting recyclables before and after processing to ensure high-quality output. Safety First : Always adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE—your well-being is a top priority! Routine Inspections : Perform basic checks and maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep everything in top working order. Material Handling : Transport and store recyclables correctly, helping to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations every shift. Environmental Impact : Follow recycling procedures to maintain standards, reduce contamination, and help make a positive impact on the environment.

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift Experience required.
