CNC Operator II 1st Shift

Job Summary :

Operate and setup CNC Milling Machines to fabricate precision components parts.

Reporting To : Production Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Setup troubleshoot program and operate 5 axis Hurco CNC mill.
• Select and install cutting tools tool holders fixtures and other accessories according to specifications
• Appropriately modify or edit programs.
• Make appropriate offsets and adjustments to tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Properly use calipers veneers and thread gauges.
• Complete required inspection checks.
• Operate header machines as needed.
• Properly and safely load and unload machines.
• Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Utilize and abide by all safety procedures.
• Comply with all quality policies specifications regulations and instructions.
