What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the hotel and resort environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate and in accordance with site protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders as needed to support a welcoming and secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
