Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant :
- Run Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with AP / AR processing
- Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations
- Help perform general HR duties
- Assure the integrity of the financial statements and associated general ledger accounts, complying with GAAP and company policy
- Maintain records within department
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant :
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Advanced Excel Skills
- 2+ years Accounting / Payroll experience
- Payroll Experience
