Location : Memphis, TN, USA - 4836 Southridge Blvd

Shift - Monday-Thursday 2pm-10 : 30pm & Friday 1pm-9 : 30pm

Note - Shift subject to change based on the needs of the business. OT may be required and is mandatory if required.

Compensation will depend on the person selected. A $1.50 / hr shift differential will be offered along with base pay.

Job Summary : The Mid-shift Case Team Team Lead will oversee and guide a team responsible for case management operations during the designated mid-shift hours, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train a team of Case Managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage daily case assignments, prioritize workloads, and reallocate resources as needed to meet operational demands.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex case issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all case activities and communications in the relevant systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent service delivery.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of McKesson's products, services, policies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
