CPA services, and other diverse activities. Operating nationally and internationally, the group has been in existence for over 35 years and continues to expand its operations.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Maintenance Technician position is to perform maintenance and repairs on all properties along with a variety of tasks utilizing an array of machinery and vehicles.

In addition, participate in new projects or building rehabilitation such as offices and other facilities. Company vehicles are provided to / from job sites or other destinations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ability to work independently in the performance of standard maintenance and repairs
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job
• Capability to be trained to operate company equipment
• Willingness and ability to acquire a CDL-A license (company paid)
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time
• Must have a current valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check and drug test

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• No technical degree required, but is a plus
• Basic knowledge of skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work, painting, and lawn care
• Mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of equipment
