Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Sales Assistant to support the management team in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the fashion industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Executive Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team by managing day-to-day responsibilities that support the growth of the business and help drive sales, managing calendars, coordinating packages sent to buyers, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing sales reports, and providing general administrative support to the executives. This is an opportunity to work with large national retail accounts and a tremendous opportunity to be part of a dynamic team!

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling market appointments, create calendar invites, and arranging market appointments and events.
• Prepare for market appointments by creating calendar invites and arranging presentations and samples
• Maintain seasonal line assortment presentations and files
• Review weekly sales reports and updates in cross functional systems
• Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for buyers
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
• Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, and document distribution
• Monitor samples received and send / organize samples as needed
• Provide general administrative support as needed
