This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.

We are seeking pro‑bono support for Google Ads optimization and social media engagement. The volunteer will :

• Create and refine Google Ad campaigns for the TEACH! program tiers
• Conduct keyword research and targeting for career‑switching educators
• Write tier‑aligned ad copy that aligns with each program tier
• Set up conversion tracking and performance optimization
• Recommend landing page alignment based on existing messaging, program descriptions, ad drafts, performance data, and brand assets
• Assist the lead consultant with building a social media engagement plan, complete with scheduling, strategy, and feedback

Supporting materials include : existing messaging from the TEACH! Suite, additional program descriptions, experimental ads and performance data, branding elements for the TEACH! Suite and Aiconium Volunteers.

Improved Google Ads and social media engagement will increase visibility to experienced educators and employers, accelerating educator career transitions and employer connections.
